Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focused on driving efficient growth through both digital and traditional channels. This role will play a crucial part in partnering with the Portfolio Marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies that optimize customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across various digital (social media, PPC, email marketing) and traditional (print, events, direct mail) channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Marketing team to align messaging and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Leverage a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising, to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
• Utilize a comprehensive marketing tech stack and CRM platforms to streamline acquisition processes and improve customer relationships.
• Analyze marketing performance using advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.
• Continuously assess and refine customer acquisition initiatives based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to ensure our acquisition strategies remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition with a focus on digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
