Job Description: Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficient customer acquisition strategies across both digital and traditional channels. By partnering closely with the Portfolio Marketing team, you will develop and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience, ensuring the optimal use of marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute innovative customer acquisition strategies utilizing a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize outreach and engagement.

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing Team: Work in conjunction with the Portfolio Marketing team to align brand messaging and campaigns, enhancing overall brand visibility and customer interest.

  • Leverage Digital Marketing Channels: Utilize various digital marketing channels (such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC) to attract and engage potential customers effectively.

  • Engage with Marketing Tech Stacks: Ensure seamless integration and utilization of marketing technology stacks and CRM platforms to streamline customer interactions and data management.

  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Employ marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM reporting) to track campaign performance, assess ROI, and gain insights into customer behavior, adjusting strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.

  • Optimize Customer Journeys: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and improve conversion rates through targeted messaging and optimized touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer acquisition, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
