Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on efficiently acquiring new customers through a blend of digital and traditional marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with the Portfolio Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to acquire customers across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring an optimal mix to maximize outreach and engagement.

• Collaboration: Partner with the Portfolio Marketing team to align marketing efforts, share insights, and create cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

• Channel Management: Leverage a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and PPC, alongside traditional methods such as print advertising and events.

• Marketing Technology Integration: Utilize advanced marketing tech stacks and CRM platforms to streamline processes, enhance customer interactions, and improve data collection for impactful decision-making.

• Analytics and Reporting: Employ proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize acquisition strategies. Regularly report on key performance indicators and ROI.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, continually refining strategies based on findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition and marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
• Strong familiarity with marketing tech stacks and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
