• Utilize various marketing strategies, including telephone outreach, direct mail, seminars, client visits, and local programs, to source new clients and enhance relationships with existing ones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our digital HR technology offerings and service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding payroll best practices and benefits options to streamline their HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
