• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including telephone outreach, direct mail, seminars, client visits, and local marketing initiatives to generate new business and maintain existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement our cutting-edge digital HR technology solutions, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert advisory support to clients on best practices related to payroll and benefits administration, including staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing materials to effectively communicate our payroll and benefits offerings to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of HR technology solutions and the evolving landscape of digital HR services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant payroll software and HR management systems.
