In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners across the industry to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, enhancing visibility and reputation within the financial services sector.
• Public Relations: Manage all PR activities, cultivating relationships with key media contacts and crafting compelling narratives to showcase our services and successes.
• Communications Management: Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging that resonates with offices and family wealth firms, effectively conveying our value proposition.
• Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing, to increase reach and engagement with target audiences.
• Collaboration: Partner with industry stakeholders, including financial institutions and wealth management firms, to create synergies and explore new business opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
