Job Description: Product Strategy and Execution Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Strategy and Execution Lead to spearhead high-impact product initiatives that empower our business partners, operations, and marketing teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UX, engineering, and stakeholders—to define, develop, and execute a product roadmap that is strategically aligned with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategy and execution of product initiatives that enhance collaboration and efficiency across business operations and marketing functions.
• Partner with UX and engineering teams to translate business requirements into innovative product features, ensuring a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align product initiatives with go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective communication and promotion of new features and services.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather insights and prioritize product features based on business impact and user needs.
• Measure and report on the success of product initiatives, utilizing data to refine strategies and iterate on product development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management or strategy, particularly within a technology or marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
