Overview:

Join VERSANT Media’s Sports & Entertainment Digital Products division, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of brands, including Oxygen, E!, SYFY, Golf Channel, and our complementary digital assets like Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, and GolfPass. We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Product Manager to spearhead the development and optimization of our digital offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our audiences and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the conception, design, and implementation of innovative digital products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmaps, and strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities and inform product enhancements. Stay updated on competitive landscape and technological advancements.

  • User Experience: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that our digital products provide an engaging, intuitive, and seamless user experience across all platforms.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and engineering teams to streamline the development process and ensure successful product launches. Facilitate communication between teams to foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor product performance. Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to present product strategies, updates, and performance results. Advocate for user needs and product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital product management, preferably within the entertainment or sports sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
