Job Title: Scrum Master – Digital Initiatives

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving larger initiatives within our marketing and sales departments in a digital ecosystem. This position demands a minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a software development, digital transformation, or technical product-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to align initiatives with overall business objectives and strategies.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and actionable.
• Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, enabling successful and timely delivery of projects.
• Support teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions that enhance marketing and sales efforts through innovative technological approaches.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development, digital transformation, or technical product-focused Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on project goals and timelines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster – CSM, Professional Scrum Master – PSM) are a plus.
