Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the design, coding, and delivery of complex digital solutions that enhance our technology offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager and collaborate effectively with various teams, including creative, marketing, and external vendors, to develop content-managed websites and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design and implement robust digital solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with business managers to understand project objectives, ensuring seamless alignment of technology with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Team Engagement: Work closely with creative and marketing teams to gather requirements and develop engaging, user-friendly content for websites and mobile apps.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to align on technical specifications, project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Technical Implementation: Write clean, scalable code and utilize best practices in web and app development for optimal performance and security.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of digital products to identify and resolve issues prior to deployment; ensure all solutions meet quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of digital solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web and mobile application development.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
