Job Title: Digital Solutions Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in the successful design, coding, and delivery of complex digital solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Business Manager, as well as creative, marketing, and vendor teams, to develop and implement content-managed websites and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Lead the architecture and coding of innovative digital solutions, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are scalable.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Manager to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and vendor teams to align on project goals and timelines.

• Solutioning: Propose effective solutions for content management systems (CMS) and mobile apps that enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of digital solutions to ensure optimal performance, usability, and functionality before delivery.

• Documentation & Support: Create and maintain documentation of technical specifications, workflows, and project updates. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and developing content-managed websites and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to digital development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
