Job Description: Lead Sales & Marketing Business Operations Specialist

The Lead Sales & Marketing (S&M) Business Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Marketing Business Operations Team by producing comprehensive analyses and insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for overseeing the development of key performance metrics, managing data reporting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance and marketing effectiveness, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of enhancement within existing workflows and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operational goals and address any challenges impacting performance.

  • Strategy Development: Assist in the formulation of strategic plans by providing data-driven recommendations that support sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Project Management: Lead key projects related to business operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Training & Development: Mentor and train junior staff members within the Business Operations Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing operations, with a strong understanding of analytical tools and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and CRM systems.
