Job Description: Collaborative Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Collaborative Specialist to enhance teamwork and synergy across various departments, including TMs, EP CAS, and other ULS CAS, as well as our support personnel such as Marketing, FSE, and RBD. This role is essential in driving collaboration and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned in pursuit of our shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary liaison among TMs, EP CAS, ULS CAS, and support teams to ensure effective communication and information sharing.

• Collaborative Strategy Development: Help develop and implement strategies that foster inter-departmental collaboration, enhancing overall productivity and outcomes.

• Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all teams are on track and working harmoniously towards common objectives.

• Support Initiatives: Provide assistance in marketing efforts, FSE engagements, and RBD activities, integrating insights from various teams to strengthen initiatives.

• Performance Monitoring: Assess collaboration effectiveness through metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Training and Workshops: Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to enhance collaborative skills and knowledge-sharing among staff.

• Proven experience in a collaborative role or project management.
