Job description: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition, specialized in growing and scaling Sales Teams, to join our team. This dual-role position is designed for a proactive and results-driven professional; someone who excels in recruiting top talent and contributing to our sales efforts. While you will work closely with the Sales team, you may be asked to help source in other areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition; enabling them to identify, attract and onboard individuals who will drive our company’s growth.Who are you:

  • You have a natural sales aptitude, with at least 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • You have a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel
  • You have excellent communication skills, and can engage effectively with both candidates and sales team colleagues
  • You have well honed and proven direct sourcing (headhunting) skills that has led you to hire multiple senior candidates in the past
  • You have an extensive network and well-known Professional circles in the GTA
  • You have a track record of delivering results in terms of identifying and attracting top talent

Work Environment
We are currently 100% remote, but will be moving to a hybrid in-office environment soon.A bit about us:
