Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staff Engineer to join our team in the growing Digital Healthcare IT portfolio within our Business Unit. This role involves a collaborative approach to advancing our innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across multiple functions.

• Technical Leadership: Provide advanced engineering expertise to guide projects from conception through implementation, leveraging digital technologies to enhance healthcare delivery.

• Innovative Solutions: Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements that drive operational efficiency and improve product performance in the healthcare IT sector.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant healthcare regulations and standards, collaborating with the Regulatory team to maintain compliance.

• Clinical Insights: Partner with Clinical teams to incorporate user feedback and clinical needs into product development, enhancing user experience and patient outcomes.

• Market Analysis: Collaborate with Marketing to assess market trends and customer requirements, influencing product development and positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare IT or related fields.
• Strong technical expertise with a focus on digital solutions in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
