We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team within the rapidly expanding Digital Healthcare IT portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development (R&D), Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cooperatively with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project goals, timelines, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide advanced engineering expertise and guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through design, testing, and deployment.
  • Innovation and Strategy: Drive the development of innovative solutions that address the unique challenges in digital healthcare IT, leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes and methodologies to ensure that products meet rigorous healthcare standards and requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and contribute to the strategic direction of our Digital Healthcare IT offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in software development and engineering within the healthcare IT sector.
