Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Staff Engineer to join our dynamic Digital Healthcare IT portfolio within our Business Unit. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our innovative healthcare solutions by collaborating closely with various departments, including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cooperatively with multiple teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Foster effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your advanced engineering skills to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge digital healthcare IT solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Operational Support: Provide strategic input on operational processes, ensuring that all phases of product development adhere to best practices in quality and compliance.

  • Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges early in the project lifecycle and work proactively with teams to develop effective solutions that enhance product performance and user experience.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with Project Management teams to track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of products. Assist in prioritizing projects based on strategic goals and resource availability.

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the development of best practices and operational improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, quality management systems, and regulatory standards in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and results.
