Job description: The Safety and Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations adhere to all relevant safety regulations and standards. They oversee the implementation of safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide ongoing training to ensure all employees are aware of and comply with safety procedures. Additionally, they are responsible for managing compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the organization. The Safety and Compliance Supervisor plays a key role in mentoring employees and promoting a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization. They work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to continuously improve safety and compliance practices within the company.
