Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client or customer service, as well as account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Manage account portfolios, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client/customer service or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
