Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership & Advisory:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO).
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align data initiatives with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive business performance and innovation.

• Data Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that supports the organization’s overall mission.
  • Oversee data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

• Digital Transformation:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance digital touchpoints and optimize customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to drive seamless integration of digital technologies.

• Project Management:

  • Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate project-related communications.

• Change Management:

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Train and support teams in adopting new tools and methodologies related to data and digital solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in strategic data management, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and digital technologies is preferred.
