Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to spearhead our most important strategic data and digital transformation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping our data strategy and enhancing digital touchpoints across the organization. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and implement best practices in data management and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership & Advisory:
  Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO), providing insights and recommendations that align with organizational goals.

• Data Strategy Development:
  Shape and execute a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation objectives.

• Digital Touchpoints Enhancement:
  Identify opportunities to enhance user experiences across digital platforms, leveraging data to inform decisions and drive engagement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and digital challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in for strategic initiatives and share updates on progress and outcomes.

• Performance Metrics:
  Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of data and digital initiatives, using insights to guide ongoing improvements.

• Change Management:
  Lead change management efforts associated with digital transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data strategy, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with current digital trends and technologies.
