• Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO), providing insights and recommendations on data governance, digital strategy, and technological advancements.

• Data Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data strategies that optimize data collection, management, and utilization throughout the organization.

• Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive digital transformation projects, fostering a culture of innovation and agility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and streamline processes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify data needs and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.

• Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of data and digital initiatives, making recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to promote user adoption of new data tools and digital platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained engagement.
