60M€ comprised of close to 40 non-promoted brands across a broad range of therapeutic areas including Lantus, Ferrlecit, Nalcrom, Auto-Generics and others.You will lead and manage all product-related activities with strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration (i.e., forecasting, monitoring risk and opportunities, supply, product communications etc.).You will identify and leverage business levers to:Drive growth and maximize profitability by innovatively supporting patient needs.Optimize BOI (optimize COGs, SKU mix, other)Simplify (Prune, divest) with a simplification mindset.Lead and Manage local partner relationshipsIn addition, this role is responsible to execute the Sanofi Simplification strategy via:Collaboration with Global and Local teams to lead broad cross-functional teams in Global and local divestment and pruning projects.Identification of local opportunities for divestment or discontinuation to be approved by Global teamMain Responsibilities:Define and execute portfolio strategy (Resource allocation, GTM, partnerships, Divestment, Pruning, Pricing).Develop implement & monitor and adapt strategies and tactics for the products in your portfolio.Design and overview execution and implementation of Patient Programs with defined KPIsWork with quality and cross-functional team to ensure Health Canada standards are perfectly met for all Sanofi products released for the Canadian market Work with cross-functional team in the areas of inventory management, regulatory files, Health Canada requirements, pricing, packaging, contracting, manufacturing, Health Canada SAP & ADEC management, partner alliance management and contracting.Collaborate with cross-functional team with the goal of ensuring patient supply, contributing to forecasting and forecast assumptions, monitoring and communicating risks and opportunities.Lead and manage all product-related activities with cross-functional teamManage P&L, optimizing pricing, GTN & improving cash flow for foundation assets.Identify and execute innovative partnerships where applicable.Identify efficient ways and opportunities to engage customers (pure play) and leverage synergies across omnichannel transformation across General Medicines for example:GP Portals developed by Omnichannel team,Pure Play GP initiativesCollaboration with Diabetes team and contract sales organization to test and learn ways to increase awareness for ThyrogenResponsible to manage products under Special Access Program (Health Canada) and ADECManage all partner relationships, including business reviews, issue resolution, and contract management.About YouKEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOBEDUCATION:University degree in Marketing, Health Sciences or FinanceEXPERIENCE:Proven track record business development/divestments, partnerships a strong assetMinimum 5 years of brand management experienceTrack record of success in project managementExperience managing brands across all stages of life cycle, including post LOEExperience in digital/omnichannel marketing.Experience in contracting and negotiation.Experience in patient programs.SPECIFIC SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCIESUnderstanding of the Canadian Healthcare environment including Regulatory, Market Access, Pricing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Pharmacovigilance.Strong financial acumen (modeling and valuation, P&L Management.)Strong analytic skills and ability to build business cases.Political acumen.Strong project management, ability to carry out many projects simultaneously, and strong organizational and prioritization
