Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within our structural engineering department. This role focuses on marketing our engineering capabilities, conducting project and client interviews, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote our structural engineering services and capabilities.
- Project/Client Interviews: Conduct interviews with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations to showcase our engineering solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
