Shop Manager

Salary: $28.00 to $30.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Shop Manager to join our team in Scarborough, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our shop.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shop
– Set and achieve sales targets and goals
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
– Train, supervise, and manage staff
– Maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed
– Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the shop
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
– Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports
– Promote a positive work environment and company culture

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a retail management role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
