Job Description:

As a Guest Experience and Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest service experience while driving sales in our store. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service that fosters lasting relationships and encourages repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that promotes customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Actively assist guests in their purchasing decisions by providing knowledgeable product information, demonstrating merchandise, and upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
• Event Execution: Support the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions, ensuring all activities are aligned with marketing strategies and enhance the guest experience.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing initiatives, enhance visibility of promotions, and create enticing displays that attract and engage customers.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate guest feedback to management to continuously improve service offerings and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment, sharing insights and strategies for driving sales and improving service.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
