• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure consistency in messaging while maximizing guest participation.

• Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback and insights to improve service and product offerings, contributing to continuous enhancement of the guest experience.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive work environment and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
