As a Guest Experience and Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest interactions and driving sales within our store. Your primary focus will be on fostering meaningful relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service. You will actively engage with customers to promote products, effectively communicate promotions, and encourage participation in in-store events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Actively interact with guests to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience. Build rapport and address inquiries promptly.

• Sales Promotion: Utilize knowledge of products and promotions to drive sales. Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure events run smoothly and attract guest participation.

• Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing initiatives by sharing insights and feedback from guest interactions. Help implement promotional materials and displays effectively within the store.

• Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback to inform continuous improvements in service and product offerings, contributing to an enhanced guest experience.

Qualifications:
