We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Signage Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all signage across our locations is current, appropriate, and aligned with our brand standards. You will confirm that promotional materials effectively communicate our messaging while adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure full compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update all promotional signage to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective signage.
• Conduct regular audits of all signage to confirm compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of signage materials and coordinate reordering as necessary.
• Communicate with various departments to gather input and ensure signage reflects ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
• Uphold organizational policies and procedures related to signage production and installation.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and branding best practices.
• Experience in compliance or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
