Job description: Description :Role Impact:This role supports the Senior Manager of Client Marketing and the Directors of Digital and Client Marketing in implementing national marketing initiatives.This is a contract position. To qualify, applicants must be full-time students, and be available for the full term of the summer opportunity (May – August). This position will require the successful candidate to work four days per week in the office.What you will deliver:Client Marketing

  • Oversee and update the National Client Marketing Support Tracker to guarantee that KPIs and client strategy work are achieved.
  • Aid in the implementation of property client marketing plans.
  • Using the Client Marketing Menu, assist in developing plans to support important new store openings, daily property requests, and marketing initiatives, and deliver high-quality service to our clients quickly and effectively.
  • Assist in the delivery of client content for local and national initiatives, including issue management, quality control, and meeting deadlines for the production of assets required by Marcom, Digital, and Experience teams.
  • As needed for Marketing programs or initiatives, send client communication to clients at specific properties.
  • Maintain courteous, professional, and efficient service to internal/external clients by responding to requests for information and redirecting inquiries that are beyond your scope of expertise in order to maintain high levels of client service.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in the content collection and review of CF Insider emails, ensuring accuracy in content and meeting deadlines for deployment
  • Support Digital & Marcom to develop and review property or client specific marketing communications, creative and content.
  • Assist in the boosting of paid media posts for the promotion of Client Marketing or Experience & Delivery content.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Marketing:

    • Update National Client Marketing Support Tracker to meet KPIs and client strategies.

    • Develop supporting plans for new store openings and marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure timely delivery of content for local and national initiatives, managing quality control and deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and redirect inquiries as needed.
  2. Digital Marketing:

    • Help collect and review content for CF Insider emails, ensuring accuracy and timely deployment.
    • Collaborate with Digital & Marcom teams on marketing communications and creative content.
    • Support paid media post promotions for Client Marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related program.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and a positive attitude.
