Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our marketing strategies comply with industry regulations while effectively supporting our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory standards to ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns meet compliance requirements.
   • Develop and implement processes for regular reviews and updates of marketing content to align with changing regulations.

2. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outbound strategies with overarching campaign goals.
   • Facilitate effective communication between departments to integrate compliance considerations into marketing strategies from the outset.

3. Data Analysis:

   • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance metrics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
   • Utilize data insights to refine strategies and optimize compliance procedures, ensuring maximum impact while adhering to regulations.

4. Training and Support:

   • Provide training sessions and resources to marketing and sales teams on compliance standards and best practices.
   • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to regulatory matters and marketing compliance.

5. Reporting:

   • Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of compliance measures and the success of marketing strategies to stakeholders.
   • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to compliance processes and marketing approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to marketing.
