• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of software systems
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect company data and systems
• Collaborate with team members to document processes and procedures
• Help with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies
• Google admin support

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly analytical self starter with a strong technical acumen and desire to take on new challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for product and project management
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology or a related field

• Prior internship or work experience in IT support is a plus
