5. Loss Prevention:

   • Develop and enforce policies to minimize loss and ensure compliance with company standards.
   • Conduct regular audits and training sessions to educate staff on loss prevention techniques.

6. Operational Oversight:

   • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
   • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist with product displays.
