We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance organizational change management and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement digital transformation strategies across the organization, aligning with the OneLM Mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and promote the 1LMX program.
- Design and deliver multimedia communication materials that effectively convey digital initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Develop and facilitate training programs tailored to adult learners, ensuring effective knowledge dissemination and skill acquisition.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and support continuous improvement.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Adult Learning, Multimedia Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilitating change within organizations and promoting digital adoption.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through creative content.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools and platforms to create engaging training and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions.
