S.i. Systems’ healthcare client is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to oversee a project team working on the Royal Columbian Hospital redevelopment project. This is a 2-year contract position, and candidates must be based in a specific location.

Job Description:
Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Maintain office filing and organizational systems
– Assist with general office duties as needed
– Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational and time management skills
