The seminars mandatory for IESP students to attend and will cover a range of topics designed to build skills in the areas of reading, writing, and research at the post-secondary level. Additionally responsible for designing activities and workshops that will help students to build upon academic skills and habits.Qualifications:The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of indigenous experiences in Canada, particularly in the context of education
- Significant cross-cultural awareness and understanding as well as experience in working with diverse populations
- Ability to listen and provide non-judgmental support to individuals dealing with challenging situations
- Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, producing promotional materials and workshop design

Education and Experience:The above is normally acquired through the completion of:
