Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: North York, ON
Salary: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Our company is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team at our facility in North York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
– Receive and process warehouse stock products
– Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
– Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
– Complete diary logs into inventory
– Report any discrepancies
– Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
– Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
– Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications:
– Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
– Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
– Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
– Good organizational and time management skills
– Ability to lift heavy objects
– Current forklift license
– Must be able to work in a team environment
