The Mobile Outreach Street Health (MOSH) Housing First Project provides support to individuals 19 years and older who are experiencing homelessness. The project is led by the Recovery and Integration – Connections Halifax team and the Health Service Manager/Program Leader.
Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage our company’s inventory levels. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory items, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring products are properly stored.
Responsibilities:
– Track inventory levels to ensure stock levels are maintained
– Receive, store, and distribute inventory items
– Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
– Update inventory records in the system
– Monitor stock levels and submit purchase orders as needed
– Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
– Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in inventory management or related field
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
