Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Customer Insights Specialist to join our Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing customer insights to inform our portfolio managers, marketing teams, application engineers, and leadership. By translating data into actionable strategies, you will help drive product innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points within the industrial adhesives and tapes market.

Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio managers and marketing teams to provide insights that shape product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

Customer Engagement: Conduct interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions with customers to gather qualitative and quantitative insights that inform business decisions.

Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities for the division.

Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with application engineers to understand product performance and customer applications, ensuring alignment between product offerings and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or customer insights, preferably within the adhesives, coatings, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across various teams and influence decision-making.
