Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Inventory Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing inventory, assembling marketing packets, creating engaging marketing flyers, and supporting various projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to collaborate with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and organizing inventory items to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Packet Assembly: Compile and assemble marketing packets, ensuring all materials are complete and up to date.
- Marketing Flyers: Design and create appealing marketing flyers and promotional materials that align with company branding and messaging.
- Project Support: Actively participate in additional assigned projects, collaborating with team members to accomplish objectives and contribute to the success of marketing initiatives.
- Outstanding Participation: Engage enthusiastically in team activities, fostering a positive work environment and promoting company values.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in marketing or inventory management is a plus.
