This digital program spans multiple channels as well as both Cardmember and Prospect journeys.How will you make an impact in this role?As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving continued growth of the program while optimizing efficiency. This includes innovating to grow penetration of referring Cardmembers, expanding into new channels, and optimizing our offer strategy and anti-gaming controls. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a solid Marketing and analytical background as well as a proven track record of building relationships and collaborating across teams to drive shared outcomes. Core responsibilities will include:
- Drive profitable acquisition of cards and execute campaigns within budget and timelines
- Evolve compelling cardmember and prospect communications to increase conversions throughout the MGM program
- Work closely with acquisition & product teams, Legal, Compliance and external agencies to deliver successful 360-degree marketing campaigns
- Analyze the channel and campaign results to help inform future business strategy and marketing campaigns
- Identify and execute on new opportunities to promote the referral program to existing cardmembers and increase penetration within our active base of customers
- Work with central excellence teams to launch new capabilities and marketing automation to meet and exceed acquisition targets
- Work with external and internal partners to execute a multi-year roadmap for the channel
Qualifications
- Marketing expertise, digital and/or acquisition experience a plus Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills across a diverse group of internal and external partners
- Highly analytical mindset and a history of leveraging data to make decisions, drive change and find continual improvement
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to take initiative, champion a project from conception through implementation and evaluation
- Detail-oriented and ability to execute with high degree of accuracy
