Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
– Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media
– Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, budget allocation, and performance tracking
– Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI
– Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across marketing efforts
– Monitor and report on website and digital marketing analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
– Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to drive digital marketing initiatives
– Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media
– Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
– Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making
– Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
– Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
