Salary: $19 per hour

Our client in Georgetown, ON is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. A background in customer service and strong communication skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
– Processing customer orders and updating account information
– Communicating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Providing support to the customer service team and assisting with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
