As an Inside Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting and driving the performance of our broker network, as well as coordinating field activities for the Business Development team. Your responsibilities will include the following:1. Broker network follow-up and engagement

  • Regularly contact partner brokers to monitor the progress of their cases and activity.
  • Re-engage inactive or underperforming brokers through phone calls and email.
  • Identify blockers or opportunities and report relevant insights to the Business Development team.

2. Meeting coordination for field Business Developers

Profile & SkillsKey Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly over the phone.
