Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executive team members within the company. Responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing travel arrangements, and handling various ad-hoc tasks as needed. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure. A professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite are required. Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Expected salary: $38.07 – 46.36 per hour
