Premium is seeking a Part-Time Market Manager to lead a team of merchandising representatives. The ideal candidate should be ready to deliver exceptional results and confidently manage the team.
Title: Medical Office Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15 – $20 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Administrator to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in medical office administration.

Responsibilities:
– Welcome patients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
– Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
– Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient office operations
– Process billing and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
