Job Description

A leading information technology company is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
– Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment
– Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
– Document support tickets and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system
