In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
– Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment
– Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical problems
– Document support tickets and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system
– Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices
– Provide training and guidance to end users on basic IT procedures

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
– 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
– Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications
– Experience with active directory, VPN, and remote desktop services
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus
