Strategy and Transactions – Intern
EY’s Strategy and Transactions professionals work with clients to create social and economic value. Your key responsibilities
Assisting in performing turnaround and restructuring services, valuations for mergers and acquisitions, management planning, tax and financial reporting purposes, as well as shareholder disputes
Developing valuation models/analyses and presentations based on financial, accounting and engineering data derived from on-site reviews of manufacturing processes
Providing business, financial and accounting due diligence services in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and other transactions
Collaborating to provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders
Presenting directly to our client’s leadership team to explain the work you’re doing as part of the team

Qualifications
Have or be working toward, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a dual Finance-Accounting major
A strong academic record, including course work that EY deems relevant to this position
A genuine interest in financial strategy and an understanding of current market trends and issues
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
A demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Superior project management, interpersonal, communication, teaming, organizational and technology skills
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.

Altech Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing customers with product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
