The NAM Total Rewards team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to support on a number of different projects during the summer of2024. This individual should be organized, self-driven, capable of completing a task with minimal guidance and have stronginterpersonal skills. Examples of projects are:

  • Assisting the team with active and retirement benefit plan updates related to recent Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Preparing documents and completing tasks to support annual Open Enrollment period
  • Develop health care and well-being strategy for 2025 and beyond
  • Explore new and innovative benefit programs
  • Collaborate on team member benefit communication material
  • Support any global well-being and mental health initiatives
  • In this role, you will develop a base knowledge of active health and welfare and retirement benefits that are offered to active teammembers. You will be able to work on actual projects that will directly impact BIC’s team members. Additionally, you will have theopportunity to manage some vendors and projects on your own, with guidance and support from the Total Rewards team.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
