Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments, expenditures, and accounts receivable and payable, as well as maintaining financial records and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:
– Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
– Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data
– Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
– Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
– Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
